Hudbu si u\u017e\u00edvat um\u00edme, ale um\u00edme si u\u017e\u00edt i to ticho? Ticho bylo sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho sv\u011bt\u011b je\u0161t\u011b v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 historii, dneska v\u011bdci mluv\u00ed o tom, \u017ee jej za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me nedostatek. Je pravda, \u017ee i kdy\u017e sed\u00edme do u stolu, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b m\u00e1me kolem sebe okoln\u00ed zvuky, kter\u00e9 si sice neuv\u011bdomuje, ale jsou zde neust\u00e1le. M\u016f\u017ee se tak jednat o zvuky ledni\u010dky, pra\u010dky, zvuky od soused\u016f nebo t\u0159eba hluk provozu na ulici. Sice se to jako zvuk nemus\u00ed zd\u00e1t podstatn\u00e9, ale z r\u016fzn\u00fdch statistik vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee i toto jsou vlivy, kter\u00e9 neust\u00e1le uto\u010d\u00ed na n\u00e1\u0161 nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Pokud hladina tohoto hluku p\u0159es\u00e1hne ur\u010ditou mez (a my ji st\u00e1le nemus\u00edme vn\u00edmat jako obt\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed), reaguje na\u0161e t\u011blo aktivac\u00ed adren\u00e1ln\u00ed osy. To je p\u0159esn\u011b ta dr\u00e1ha, kter\u00e1 je aktivn\u00ed, kdy\u017e jsme ve stresu. Pak se nem\u016f\u017eeme divit, \u017ee jsme neust\u00e1le unaven\u00ed, m\u00e1me vysok\u00fd tlak a krevn\u00ed cukr. P\u0159esn\u011b pro to bychom se m\u011bli sna\u017eit aktivn\u011b se dostat mimo dosah hluku a ticho si na chv\u00edli u\u017e\u00edt. Dal\u0161\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159enou cestou je tak\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed poslouch\u00e1n\u00ed hudby. Hudbu \u010dasto pou\u0161t\u00edme jako podkres na\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 aktivity, co\u017e je dal\u0161\u00ed stimul pro nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m nav\u00edc. Ale zkou\u0161eli jste n\u011bkdy hudbu poslouchat doopravdy v\u011bdom\u011b? Tak, \u017ee se k n\u00ed sednete t\u0159eba se sklenkou n\u011b\u010deho dobr\u00e9ho a t\u0159eba p\u016fl hodiny takto jen sed\u00edte? I toto je skv\u011bl\u00e1 cesta uklidnit se a za\u010d\u00edt vn\u00edmat sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed okol\u00ed. Skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed je koncert v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 hudba Praha.
